I never received my items. I waited for over a month for them to arrive, but they didn’t come. I am somewhat new to purchasing with Etsy, but all my other orders came. I messaged the seller and at first didn’t get a response about where my items were. So, I contacted Etsy and then I got a refund. I contacted Etsy again because I actually wanted a replacement if possible, and the seller didn’t like that I contacted them again. They messaged me with a snappy response and I was surprised that they did that. I gave the customer service aspect 3 stars because I did at least get a refund. I put 2 stars on the product, itself, because they look very nice but I never received them.

The quality of the beads is fantastic; they have a beautiful, rich color and a smooth finish that really shows the beauty of natural amber. Additionally, I had a small issue with my order, but the seller was incredibly helpful and responsive. They addressed my concerns quickly and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Overall, I highly recommend these amber beads and commend the excellent customer service!

Very nice. Took awhile to get here worth the wait.
